Position Title: Salesforce Administrator

Description:

Our client is a growing organization that has implemented Salesforce recently and is seeking someone to be the "go to" Salesforce expert at their organization.  The Salesforce Administrator will work with a team of internal stakeholders and manage our client's system updates (fixes and enhancements), interfaces with other solutions, and user access / security needs.  This individual needs to enjoy working in a collaborative manner and creating repeatable and scalable solutions for a company experiencing continual growth. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support internal business users and processes
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Architect, design, and implement repeatable and scalable solutions to fulfill business needs
  • Implement integrations between Salesforce and other applications as needed
  • Work with team members and assist with importing thousands of client records using Salesforce Data Loader
  • Work with business stakeholders and enhance / maintain Salesforce client portal
  • Manage change control for the new Salesforce application for both new functionality requests and environment management (test, development, and production)
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, resolve bugs and errors, and implement optimal solutions to resolve issues at the source
  • Manage Salesforce user access, security, and profiles
  • Own system documentation for Salesforce, its integrations, and ongoing enhancements / updates
  • Serve as the technology lead for Salesforce and its integrations
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required, occasional night and weekend work is required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have 3+ years with Salesforce
  • Must have Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Developer certification (nice to have)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce's declarative capabilities
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices for designing and coding (including unit testing and code review)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data security change set deployment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration APIs 
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities (nice to have)
  • Experience with Conga Conductor and Composer (nice to have)
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services solutions (nice to have)
  • Microsoft Office products
  • Microsoft Windows
  • College degree in computer science or related field is a plus; Equivalent hands-on experience is sufficient
