Position Title: Business Development Representative

Location: Nashville Tennessee
Description: Our client is a growing company that is opening a new office in the Nashville market.  Their specialty is in application development and software solutions.  They are seeking a Business Development person to help manage their existing relationships in Nashville and to build relationships with new clients and provide solutions to their problem.  They want someone that is a "self starter" and has an entrepreneurial spirit.  You could be the one to start up and drive the new office.


  • Creating new client relationships
  • Grow existing client relationships
  • Day-to-day contact for client and establish regular meeting cadence
  • Work with technical team to come up with out of the box ideas for clients
  • Ability to create and recognize opportunities
  • Meet margin and revenue goals set by leadership team
  • Uncover opportunities for project work
  • Understand core work that falls into our area of expertise
  • Ability to talk through technical solutions at a high level
  • Ability to comfortably meet with C-level executives
  • Be able to effectively present solutions


  • 3+ years relevant sales experience, preferably in IT Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Evidence of career progression and growth
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Light travel may be required occasionally
