Position Title: Salesforce Administrator
Salary Range: Not specified.
Location: Nashville Tennessee

The Salesforce Administrator will work with a team of internal stakeholders and consultants to complete the company’s new Salesforce platform, migrate existing clients to the new solution, and manage the new application’s lifecycle and change control going forward.  This individual needs to enjoy working in a collaborative manner and creating repeatable and scalable solutions for a customer-focused company with high-growth expectations. 


  • Help design and implement the company’s new Salesforce solution
  • Support internal business users and processes
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Architect, design, and implement repeatable and scalable solutions to fulfill business needs
  • Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and other key internal systems
  • Work with business intelligence team members to integrate Salesforce with source databases and data warehouse solutions
  • Manage change control for the new Salesforce application for both new functionality requests and environment management (test, development, and production)
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, resolve bugs and errors, and implement optimal solutions to resolve issues at the source
  • Manage Salesforce user access, security, and profiles and ensure they align with other systems
  • Own system documentation for Salesforce, its integrations, and ongoing enhancements
  • Serve as the technology lead for Salesforce and communicate / collaborate at a high level with business owners and other technology team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required, occasional night and weekend work is required
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Developer certification (nice to have)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce's declarative capabilities
  • Understanding of Salesforce best practices for designing and coding (including unit testing and code review)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data security change set deployment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration APIs 
  • Experience with Salesforce Communities (nice to have)
  • Experience with telephony solutions integrating with Salesforce (nice to have)
  • Microsoft Office products
  • Microsoft Windows


  • Two or more years of experience working with Salesforce
  • College degree in computer science or related field; Equivalent hands-on experience will be considered 
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this position
