Position Title: Help Desk - Level 2

Description:

Our client is seeking a Help Desk associate. In this role you will work with our client which helps support the technology of many various small to mid-sized businesses. They are seeking someone that is at least a mid-level candidate in this role.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 and Windows
  • Supporting clients other core business applications
  • Experience Troubleshooting – wireless, internet issues, printing, basic firewall connection issues, VPN, scanning
  • Light group policy
  • Experience with ticketing system to manage work that needs to be done for end-users Connectwise as ticketing system.
  • Experience doing remote support
  • Good communication skills is important

ADDITIONAL:

This is a 90 day contract-to-hire opportunity. Shift is 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Upon going direct with our client you will receive a rich benefits package which includes: healthcare, dental, vision, PTO and sick leave. Casual work environment!
