Position Title: Help Desk - Level 2

Description:

Our client is seeking a Help Desk associate.  In this role you will work with our client which helps support the technology of many various small to mid-sized businesses.  They are seeking someone that is at least a mid-level candidate in this role.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proficient in Microsoft O365 and Windows
  • Supporting clients' other core business applications
  • Troubleshooting various issues including wireless and internet issues, VPN and basic firewall connection issues, and printing and scanning issues
  • Setting up light Group Policy
  • Using ticketing systems to manage work that needs to be done for end-users; experience with ConnectWise is a plus
  • Providing remote support
  • Good communication skills is important

ADDITIONAL:

This is a 90-day contract-to-hire opportunity. Shift is 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Casual work environment! Upon converting to FTE with our client, you will receive a rich benefits package which includes: health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), PTO and sick leave!
