|Description:||Our client is seeking a Sales Executive that has experience as a consultative sales professional that has sold in one of three main vertical areas: Software Development, Management Consulting or Data/Analytics
In this role you will build relationships with clients and provide them with solutions. The right candidate is used to being resourceful to gain entry into accounts either through existing relationships, networking or cold calling. The right candidate will be able to speak the client's language and provide them with solutions.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process while building and managing relationships with key stakeholders
• Drive revenue results to meet/exceed annual goals
• Leverage Nashville network and expertise to sell consulting solutions
• Penetrate new business through in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients, senior level executives, and networking contacts
• Maintain consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business
• 7+ years proven sales record of closing complex sales and solutions in the technology or consulting industries
• This is not a farmer role...They want a hunter!
• Flexible, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced team
• Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to gain a comprehensive knowledge of the companies core
capabilities and provide solutions
• Skills to find and develop new client relations to bring on new business opportunities
• Ability to develop proposals, often with limited information
• Ability to make cold calls and in-person sales calls and presentations
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and negotiating skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
